FAQ

Does every business have to register for VAT?

No. Registration is mandatory once taxable supplies exceed SAR 375,000 over 12 months, and optional above SAR 187,500. We'll review your numbers in the free consultation.

What happens if I file late?

ZATCA charges penalties for late filing and late payment. That's why we prepare returns well before the deadline and remind you to pay.

Can you fix past returns with errors?

Yes. We review previous returns, prepare the correction and explain its impact before filing.

What documents do you need?

Sales and purchase invoices, bank statements, and access to the ZATCA portal. We'll guide you step by step.
